Welcome to the 3D Laboratory.
This site's purpose is to enhance the learning experience of classroom
lecture and book reading with an interactive, three dimensional representation
of a scientific concept. This site fulfills a requirement as a Senior
Design Project for John Lutz in association with the Department of Computer
Graphics at Purdue University.
This lab uses a plugin called Hypercosm to display its content. You
will need to follow the proceeding link to install the player. Don't
worry. The install is completely painless as it is an automatic install.

If you need to manually install or have problems with
the automatic installation, click
here for the web
site.

Since this applet is a prototype, any feedback is important for it's
improvement. I am asking that anyone who goes through this site please
fill out the following online questionaire. Once again, I promise this
will be completely painless and will help me greatly in improving this
component.
Thank you for your help.
John Lutz
